Terms applicable to the purchase of digital assets and VFX packs through Aetron Workshop.
These Terms of Sale apply to purchases of digital products sold through Aetron Workshop by:

These terms apply to both consumers and professional customers. Provisions expressly referring to consumers apply only to customers acting outside their commercial, industrial, craft, liberal, or agricultural activity.
Where a product is offered by a third-party seller rather than Aetron, the identity of the contractual seller and the applicable contractual conditions must be clearly presented to the customer before the order. These Terms of Sale govern products for which Aetron is identified as the seller.
A buyer must have the legal capacity required to enter into the purchase. Where required by law, a minor must obtain authorization from their legal representative.
Products sold through Aetron Workshop are digital products, including VFX packs, Roblox Studio assets, textures, models, files, and other downloadable creative resources.
No physical product is shipped. The product page describes the main characteristics of each product, including its contents, file formats, compatibility, requirements, and any technical limitations known at the time of purchase.
Product previews, screenshots, videos, and demonstrations are provided to illustrate the product. Minor visual differences resulting from Roblox Studio settings, lighting, rendering configuration, updates, or the buyer's own project environment do not necessarily constitute a lack of conformity.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the copyright, source assets, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights attached to that product.
The buyer receives a right to use the purchased product under the conditions described in the Aetron Workshop license and, where applicable, any specific conditions displayed on the product page before purchase.
Unless expressly authorized by the applicable license, the buyer may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, share, leak, or make the original product files available to third parties, whether for money, Robux, another form of consideration, or free of charge.
A product may not be repackaged or incorporated into another asset pack for the purpose of distributing or reselling the original files.
The permitted use of an asset within Roblox games, client projects, commercial projects, collaborative projects, or other creations is governed by the applicable license.
The applicable price is the price displayed on the product page at the time the order is placed. The customer is shown the price, currency, product concerned, and total amount payable before confirming the purchase.
Aetron currently benefits from the French VAT exemption scheme: TVA non applicable, article 293 B du Code général des impôts.
Prices may be modified at any time, but a price change does not affect an order that has already been validly completed.
Promotional offers, discounts, or promotional codes apply only under the conditions announced for the relevant offer and may not be combined unless otherwise stated.
Available payment methods are displayed before the customer confirms the order. Depending on the product, payment may notably be offered through PayPal or through a Robux purchasing process displayed by Aetron Workshop.
Payment may be processed by third-party payment providers. Aetron does not receive or store full payment-card information where such information is processed directly by the relevant payment provider.
In the event of a failed, refused, cancelled, fraudulent, or reversed payment, delivery of the product may be suspended or access to the relevant purchase may be disabled until the situation is resolved.
Where required, an invoice or payment receipt may be issued or made available to the customer.
Before confirming an order, the customer must be able to review the selected products, the applicable price, the payment method, and the main characteristics of the purchase and correct any errors.
Confirmation of the order creates an obligation to pay the displayed amount.
By completing the purchase, the customer accepts the version of these Terms of Sale and the applicable product license presented at the time of the order.
A confirmation of the transaction and the relevant contractual information may be sent or otherwise made available to the customer on a durable medium when required by law.
Products are supplied digitally after confirmation of payment, generally through a download link, account access, email delivery, or another delivery method indicated during the purchase process.
The buyer is responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to the account or email address used for the purchase.
If a product cannot be downloaded, is missing, or the delivery link does not function correctly, the buyer should contact Aetron Workshop support.
A consumer who concludes a distance contract generally has a legal period of fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract to exercise their right of withdrawal, subject to the exceptions provided by law.
Because Aetron Workshop sells digital content supplied without a physical medium, immediate delivery may affect the right of withdrawal.
Where the legal conditions are satisfied, the right of withdrawal may be lost once delivery of the digital content has begun after the consumer has expressly agreed to immediate performance and expressly acknowledged the consequences for their right of withdrawal.
The loss of the right of withdrawal is not automatic merely because a digital file has been purchased. The legally required consent and acknowledgment must be obtained when applicable.
Where the right of withdrawal remains applicable, the consumer may exercise it through the functionality made available by Aetron Workshop or by sending an unambiguous request to contact@aetron.studio.

Refunds are provided whenever required by applicable law, including where an applicable right of withdrawal has been validly exercised, where a payment has been collected incorrectly, or where the legal guarantee of conformity gives the customer a right to reimbursement.
Outside those situations, Aetron Workshop does not guarantee a commercial refund merely because the buyer has changed their mind after obtaining access to a digital product.
Aetron may nevertheless provide a commercial refund or another goodwill solution on a case-by-case basis. Such a gesture does not create an entitlement to the same solution for future purchases.
Nothing in these Terms of Sale limits the mandatory rights granted to consumers by applicable law.
Consumers benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity applicable to digital content and digital services under the conditions provided by the French Consumer Code.
In the event of a lack of conformity covered by the legal guarantee, the consumer may request that the product be brought into conformity without charge, without unjustified delay, and without significant inconvenience.
Where the legal conditions are met, the consumer may also be entitled to an appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract and reimbursement.
These rights apply independently of any commercial refund policy and cannot be removed by describing a product as "non-refundable".

The buyer is responsible for verifying, before purchase, that the product's stated formats, technical requirements, and compatibility correspond to their intended use.
The buyer must not circumvent download restrictions, payment mechanisms, account protections, license restrictions, or other security measures implemented by Aetron Workshop.
Fraudulent purchases, chargeback abuse, unauthorized redistribution, resale, leaking, or sharing of protected product files may result in suspension of access to Aetron Workshop, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to Aetron.
Aetron Workshop aims to maintain reasonable availability of its website, payment systems, and download services but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical failures, security incidents, third-party service outages, or circumstances outside Aetron's reasonable control.
Where an interruption prevents the buyer from obtaining a purchased product, Aetron Workshop will take reasonable steps to restore access or otherwise resolve the delivery issue.

Customers are encouraged to contact Aetron Workshop first so that an amicable solution can be sought.
After first submitting a written complaint to Aetron Workshop and if no satisfactory solution is reached, a consumer may use the consumer mediation procedure applicable to Aetron under the conditions provided by French law.
Consumer mediator: to complete after membership in an approved consumer mediation service.
The mediator's name, postal address, and website must be added here before consumer sales are fully launched.
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law, without depriving a consumer residing in another country of any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply to them.
In the event of a dispute, the parties are encouraged to seek an amicable solution before initiating legal proceedings.
Consumers retain the benefit of the jurisdiction rules provided by applicable consumer law and are not required by these Terms of Sale to submit exclusively to a court chosen by Aetron.
