We do not offer commercial refunds for a change of mind outside the rights provided by law. This policy does not limit legal guarantees or the right to cancel when it applies.

For a distance purchase as a consumer, the cancellation period is usually 14 days from the conclusion of the digital content contract. You do not need to give a reason.
Losing this right for early digital delivery requires the legal conditions: express consent to start early, acknowledgment that the right is lost, and confirmation on a durable medium. A purchase or download alone is not enough.

When a refund is due because of cancellation, it is made no later than 14 days after we receive your decision, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another free method.
Preparation version: the cancellation feature and its confirmation on the site still need to be built before commercial launch. This page currently provides an email contact.
Send your written complaint to our support team first. If the dispute continues, you can use the consumer mediator for the business free of charge, without giving up your right to go to court.
