The delivery email and information needed for payment are required to provide the order. Do not send sensitive data in your messages.
People authorized to manage the shop, orders, and support. Depending on enabled features: PayPal for payment, Roblox for sign-in or Robux transactions, Resend for email, and hosting and storage providers.
The code also uses an IP geolocation service (ipapi.co by default), which may receive an IP address. To complete: the providers actually used, roles, processing countries, and safeguards for possible transfers outside the European Economic Area. No France-only hosting is claimed.
Data is kept according to its purpose: account management, order processing, support, then limited archiving for legal duties and legal claims. Accounting records subject to this duty are kept for ten years.
To complete before publication: exact periods for inactive accounts, messages, logs, and backups, as well as deletion procedures. This version does not promise automatic deletion.
Essential cookies keep Roblox, seller and admin sign-in working and protect authentication. They work whether you accept or reject optional services. Auth.js session cookies last up to 30 days and may be renewed when you use your session. Temporary sign-in cookies protect the return URL and OAuth flow. PKCE and state cookies expire after 15 minutes; OAuth checks are cleared when used.
We also store your light or dark display preference in localStorage under aetron.theme. It remains until you change it or clear site data. There is currently no browser cart storage or visitor journey testing tool.
The essential cookie cookie_consent remembers your acceptance or rejection, the date of your choice and the preference version for 180 days. Both choices have the same lifetime. It is not used to track you. An expired, missing or invalid choice keeps optional services disabled.
No optional browser analytics, advertising pixels or tag managers are currently enabled. Optional services can only load after explicit acceptance. Adding a new service or purpose requires updated information and a new choice; an earlier acceptance will not silently cover it.
Accept and Reject are equally available. Scrolling, navigating or ignoring the banner does not give consent. You can read this page and use sign-in and checkout before choosing. Use Manage cookies in the footer or below to change your choice. Withdrawing consent reloads the page to stop previously loaded optional code and clears its declared first-party storage without signing you out. It does not undo past processing. If your browser blocks preference cookies, a choice may not persist and optional services will not be started.
If cookies become blocked after an earlier acceptance, an essential sessionStorage flag, aetron.consent-denied, keeps optional services off in that tab after withdrawal. It lasts for the tab session or until a new choice can be saved. The banner explains when a choice could not be saved across visits.
Depending on the processing, you have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, and transfer your data. Consent can be withdrawn at any time without retroactive effect. Some legal duties may limit deletion.
